What is the first-purchase bonus?
Your very first credit pack purchase gets an extra +25% credits added automatically. For example, buying the Builder Pack ($5) gives you 660 credits + 165 bonus = 825 credits total.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you have a problem, reach out to support@quizilla.ai and we'll do our best to help.
